Nairobi
Arrive at Jkia Airport and be transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Nairobi - Lake Bogoria
After breakfast, depart for Lake Bogoria. The area abounds with a large variety of animals and birds, making it an ornithologist’s paradise. Visitors may also see the shy Greater Kudu, the majestic Antelope with its spiraling horns. Other animals include Cheetah, Impala, Grants Gazelle, and the waterbuck among others. This is the only place you can find geyser springs, hot springs, and naturally heated health spa in Kenya. After lunch, depart for the nearby Lake Baringo. Enjoy a boat ride on the lake to view the hippos, crocodile, and bird life, then visit the ancient caves. This lake is well known for a multitude of hippos and crocodiles and over 450 of Kenya's 1,200 recorded native species of bird.
Lake Bogoria – Lake Nakuru/Lake Naivasha
Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for a short game drive before proceeding to Lake Naivasha. The park is best known for its flocks of pink flamingoes, sometimes numbering over a million and is also home to the black and white rhino sanctuary, gazelles, Dik Diks, leopards, buffalo, lions and an array of other wildlife. Have lunch at Lake Nakuru. In the afternoon, drive to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride at an extra cost.
Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Drive to the Maasai Mara, part of the vast Serengeti Plains, famous for its spectacular wildebeests’ migration and is home to the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino and many more. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game drive.
Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Depart the camp for a full-day game drive. The day will be spent in the reserve driving across the plains in search for the great predators and perhaps even their cubs. On the plains, come across enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopards hiding amidst acacia boughs. The reserve hosts the highest concentration of wild animals than any other park in the region. Transverse the reserve on unlimited game viewing drives in search for the big five and of other games with picnic lunches served at the reserve.
Maasai Mara – Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast before driving back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi at approximately 2:00 PM.
